I've been at Princess Hotel three months ago and it's lovely !! It's not so close to the center( located on 1 Diagonal road) but the design is sooo nice ! and yes, they have a great swimming pool at the 23-rd level. While you swim ouside , you can look at the town. I think I payed around 120 $ for a room.
