Can I get a good room for les than 150 E a night?(give a different answer) .
In Barri Gotic I only paid 110 E a night for a very good room at the Hotel Jardi, one of the nicest hotels I ever stayed at in Barcelona. It is in Plaza Sant Josep Oriol at # 1, and staying there is one of the best things you can do for your peace of mind :)
