A good option for you can be Tapa- Tapa restaurant on Passeig de Gracia , no.44. When I was there with a local friend, we ate with 15-20 euros each. Basic ingredients of a tapa-table are fried potato chunks with a sauce on top that's a little spicy and of course the bread with tomato.
