I'm not sure there is any vegetarian restaurant in L Eixample, but I know one place that has a long list of vegetarian dishes. It is called the Laie Libreria Cafe and along side the vegetarian dishes you will find some delicious local specialties. And all of them at very good prices. On Carrer pau Claris
