Parc de la Ciutadella is located in the Gothic quarter, on Avingudade del Marquès de l'Argentera. Inside you can find a few museums, and a nice lake. The fountains and gardens were designed by Gaudi, when he was young :) See some details on www.barcelonaturisme.com if you like.
