The best districts for shopping in Barcelona are around Placa de Catalunya (where El Corte Ingles is, one of the best department stores), Passeig de Gracia (Max Mara, Escada, Zara) and Av. Diagonal. One other nice shop is called Bershka and is situated on Portal d´Angel street. Stay away from the shops on Ramblas!
