makka's question: Any shop to avoid when I shop for souvenirs in Barcelona ?(give a different answer) .
I've been to Barcelona on holiday and my advice is to avoid shopping at Souvenirs store Cristy, on 38 Ramblas. My wife bought a prepaid telephone card which cost 6 Euros, handed the owner a 20 Euro bill and the owner swiftly swings a 10 Euro bill (picking it up from his cashier machine) making us believe that he only received 10 Euros, and he insisted that there was no 20 Euros handed to him ! terrible.
