This is one of the most famous dishes in all of Spain, you can't be a tourist in Barcelona without trying paella. The normal ingredient in the paella is seafood, chicken and rice, but there are a numerous ways of making it. Every place and every cook is making paella in a particular way, so try to eat in as many places as you can :))
