No, no, no.....El Xato is the name of a Spanish salad. You can eat it in Barcelona, but the best one I've had was in a village outside Barcelona, called Sitges. You can go there for the great beach and try this local salad, too. It's made of almonds, hazelnuts, garlic and a special sauce.
