Most of the mid range hotels and hostels in Barcelona have free or paid internet access, but if that won't do for you then you can go to the Big Internet cafe on Carrer Comtal at no 9. It only costs about 2 Euros an hour. Another option is the Cybermundo on Carrer Bergara, but that's a little more expensive.
