Be aware of thieves-gangs. They are everywhere in Barcelona, and they operate very fast. Especially in internet cafes, keep an eye on your bag, since that places are often crowded. people are coming and leaving; you wont notice them taking your stuff. Also there are many thieves on the Rambla and around.
