True. You heard right. There's two official languages in Barcelona. We can say that 60% of the people who live in Catalonia usually speak catalan. For them, spanish is the second language. Except for the old people in the little villages, everybody can speak spanish! So, if you go to Barcelona, you can speak your Spanish, but if you really want to win some hearts, try to learn some words in Catalan :)
