When I go to Bilbao to visit my friends I prefer to stay at Pension Ladero. I find their rooms very comfortable, especially because there isn't very much noise in the area, so I don't wake up with a headache. Another good thing is that the rooms have TV and some of them have balcony. The pension is located on C. Loteria Street no.1, on the 4th floor. Rooms with single beds cost between 18-22 euros, those with double beds are 30-35 euros. You can call them at 15.09.32.
