I went on a trip to Cordoba with a few friends of mine last week and we stayed at Instalacion Juvenil Cordoba. It is a pleasant Bed&Breakfast accommodation, located on Plaza Juda Levi. A bed in a dormitory costs 22 euros, but if your students are under 26 (as we were), they'll have to pay only 17.50 euros. They have large rooms with air conditioned and bath. The laundry service is a little expensive - 4 euros.
