If you come to Cordoba in May and stay for a while, you might catch the Feria de Nuestra Senora de Salud, also known as Feria de Cordoba. It is a great festival taking place in late May which celebrates the local traditions of Cordoba. It lasts for a week. I guess you will enjoy the street dancing, the people walking in very colorful costumes, the traditional music and the wine-drinking.
