If you have nothing against sharing a dorm with other people, that is staying at a hostel, then for just 15 Euros a night you can stay at this hostel called Hostal Internacional La Posada de Huertas on Calle Huertas. I stayed there this summer and I think it's the best option. The cheapest too. To get there take the metro to Anton Martin station.
