I only know this hotel called hostal Don Juan. I stayed there this summer for 2 days andf they charged me just 35 Euros a night. The place is elegant, and there are paintings by local artists on all the walls. You will feel like sleeping in an art gallery :) It's located on Plaza Velasquez de Mella, in the Melasana area.
