I once stayed at the High Tech Madrid Aeropuerto hotel, because it really is very close to the airport. I needed to spend a night cause my flight got canceled and I was lucky to find this place. It's a little pricey though, with prices starting at 100 Euros a night. But at least they have free internet access and a swimming pool. Not that I got to use it :(
