If you wanna have a good time and meet many interesting people you can go to this hostel I once stayed at called Hostal Internacional La Posada de Huertas. I won't be able to translate you the name :) but I can tell you that this is one of the best hostels I ever stayed at. It's on Calle Huertas and only charges 16 Euros a night
