A lot. During the 4 weeks from mid October to mid November Madrid celebrates Autumn with this Autumn Festival - Fiesta de Otono. Should you get to Madrid during this period, you'll get to see (and hear) lots of music, dance and even theater. Make sure to book ahead cause it really gets crowded.
