general in response to playfast's question: Where can I go and see some Flamenco in Madrid? Cant leave Spain without seeing this....(give a different answer) .
Madrid is actually the best place to go and see interpretations of this famous Andalucian art. There must be dozens of bars, clubs whatever where they have Flamenco "on the menu" almost every day. The Casa Patas on Calle Canizares is my favorite. Admission is around 30 Euros. Worth paying though
