Salsa brava is "available" at many restaurants in Madrid, but if you're looking for the best in town, then go no further than the Las Bravas. It's a very nice joint on Ezpozy & Mina, a cafeteria that serves the best spicy sauce in town. You might want to pour it over not just potatoes or tortillas, but even seafood. I couldn't get enough of that stuff!
