Huevos rotos is a classic Spanish dish and is actually fried eggs served with potatoes. When I was in Madrid I used to have this sort of dish at the famous Casa Lucio restaurant on Calle Cava Baja. It's not a cheap restaurant, cause it's one of those places where politicians and top business men go for lunch. But it's one place you should go at least once.
