There are many pharmacies in Madrid that are open 24h a day. During my stay last year in Madrid I went a couple of times to this one called Farmacia del Globo. They have all you might need, the staff speaks English and for minor problems you can get help from one of the pharmacists. It's on Plaza Anton Martin
