well, I work at a Matrimonial Agency and I usually recommend my clients to meet their future partner at Tito's Club. That place is just amazing! It's an Art Deco palace, located on Pg. Maritim Street. It's design is breath-taking: it has marvelous fountains, a glass elevator and you have a very nice vew of the sea. You need to know that you'll have to pay a cover of 15-18 euros (which includes one drink). An extra beer will cost you 3 euros, while a mixed drink is 5 euros. It's open between 11pm-6am.
