You must try La Bodeguita del Medio! It's located on C. Vallseca Street no. 18 and is probably the most attractive place around. The beverage is quite cheap - 4-5 euros for mixed drinks. They play Cuban music and have a shrine dedicated to Ernest Hemingway (and you must see all those people staring at his pictures!).
