I wouldn't risk my life to guarantee this piece of information, but if my memory doesn't cheat on me, the tourist office of Marbella is situated in Plaza de Los Naranjos. I think they are open between 9am-9pm from Monday to Friday and between 10am-2pm on Saturday. You're lucky - I have found their phone number: 82.35.50.
