You should try Hostal Macarena. I stayed there two months ago and I find it very relaxing and quiet. They have very nice colored rooms (most of them are soft green and yellow) with air-conditioning. I think the hostel will suit your budget, because the prices are quite low: 20 euros for single beds, 30-36 euros for doubles and 50 for rooms with three beds.
