When passing through Seville, my boyfriend and I usually stay at Airesevilla Hostel. I really enjoy the decorations and the atmosphere there! From what I was told, the architecture and the design are a mixture of Andalusian and modern styles. I have to warn you, however, that the prices are quite spicy: 35-45 euros for singles and 55-75 euros for doubles. Their address is C. Aire Street no. 13. You can make reservations at 50.09.05.
