I went to Valencia an year ago, but I think the tourist office didn't move meanwhile. From what I remember, you can find it at Plaza del Ajuntament no. 24. THeir phone number is 10.27.97. They are open from Monday to Friday, between 9am-6.30pm, and from 10am to 6.30pm on Saturday.
